Payment Information
Payment methods accepted include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Cash. All payments need to be paid the day following the bidding closing. Vehicle payments, cash or certified funds only. If you wish to use an alternate credit card or if you wish to pay cash, you MUST notify us prior to the bidding closing, as we charge credit cards by 10am the morning after the auction closes!!
NOTICE: IF YOU ARE NOT APPROVED PRIOR TO AUCTION ENDING, INVOICE TOTALS OVER $500 MUST BE PAID VIA WIRE TRANSFER, CERTIFIED FUNDS, OR CASH. ALL FEES RELATED TO WIRE TRANSFER WILL BE BUYER RESPONSIBILITY.
Checkout Information
Pick up days are scheduled for Wednesday, November 15th and Thursday, November 16th from 9 AM to 4:30 PM at our location. Unless arrangements have been made before auction ends, all items are to be picked up by 4: 30 pm Thursday, November 16th.
Removal Information

Please make sure your items are picked up no later than Thursday, November 16th at 4:30 PM.
Please pick up the items you win on these days as we have limited space and constantly have new items coming in. If the items you win are not picked up within two weeks, they become property of the auction company, with no refund available to the bidder. Please bring LOADING HELP as we do not always have staff to load for you!
BE AWARE--if you are getting your items shipped, we will call for payment authorization should the shipping cost be OVER $50.00. If the shipping expense is under $50, your card on file will get charged automatically.
OUR SHIPPING RATES HAVE INCREASED! We charge $25.00 labor PER BOX, plus supplies (box, bubble wrap, styrofoam, etc.), and shipping label.
We will not be shipping any large pieces of equipment/furniture, so please be aware of the size of items you are bidding on. **If you are bidding on a vehicle or piece of equipment that you need shipped, YOU, the bidder, will be responsible for all shipping arrangements and expenses!
Please allow up to TWO-THREE weeks for the shipments to take place due to the potential high volume that is to be shipped. We will call you before we ship your item and confirm shipping cost. We do not guarantee shipping. Any issues with shipment requires proof from customer before claims can be filed with UPS. No refunds will be given until claim is processed and paid by UPS.
